How can i lose weight fast and free?

okay im a little over weight and i want to lose weight so i can look good and i don’t have the money to try those supposedly helping diets because they’re like 3 payments of 19.95 and stuff like that i just want to lose weight fast and free

    Losing weight is NOT a piece of cake. It’s because eating habits are hard to break and it’s also difficult to make new ones. All I can recommend you (and this is definitely the most effective): have a balanced diet and exercise! Nothing beats these two when it comes to weight loss. Those pills might help but they’ll only work if you have those two. Try cutting down on salty and sweet foods, as they contribute in gaining weight really fast, and they also predispose you to chronic diseases such as hupertension and diabetes.

    One free way to lose is to drink only water for your drinks. Your carbs should only come from solid foods. Exercise everyday. 5 days a week. at least 20 min a day. Eat a little every 3 hours. this will raise you metabolism. Drink water and eat as soon as you wake up. This will start your metabolism for the day. Be wise on what you eat. No junk food at all.

    Hey glambertlover4ever I know how hard it is to lose weight! It’s all about finding a program that’s the right fit for you. I’ve had great success with that 6 Week Body Makeover program that they sell on the infomercials; I lost 60 lbs. in a little over 3 months.     Hi glambertlover4ever You face a hugh problem in finding the right weight loss program that works for you. There are so many out there.
