How can I lose weight around the ribcage and right below where the bra strap is?
This is where the wieght bothers me the most. Is there a way where i can worth specifically towards that area to lose the weight there?

You just have to reduce the overall levels of fat in your body and unfortunately you can’t choose where it is going to go from first.

No. You can’t tone specific body parts; this is a myth. You need to lose overall body fat.

It’s very unfortunate, but you cannot ‘spot reduce’, despite what those infomercials on TV may say. You simply have to start exercising to reduce your overall body fat percentage. Genetics will determine where the weight will be lost first. So be prepared to have a smaller chest or butt, because it can happen. Happened to me (but losing the weight was still worth it).
