most likely you are curvy because of your bones….so even if you lose weight, you will still be curvy!

You will need to learn which foods you can eat and which food will prevent you from losing weight. Weightlifting will also cause you to lose weight by raising your metabolism. The faster your metabolism is, the more calories you burn. Don’t worry, weightlifting will not cause you to look like a bodybuilder. It will tone your muscles and your body will look sexy, slim and curvy. Nobody wants to look like Nicole ‘Skeletor’ Ritchie.
As you can see there is alot of work involved in losing fat. A HECK of alot more work than just doing sit-ups. If it was that easy everybody would be thin. Don’t worry about your curves. If you need to lose weight and tone up, do so because it benefits your health!
Being overweight is really a way to shorten your life. Diabetes in older years is also an unpleasant problem.
Cosmetic issues like curves will be far from your mind if you are feeling healthy and energized and proud of your accomplishments!
If for any reasons curves mysteriously disappear, just get a push up bra and buy jeans that accenuate what you’ve got.

Muscle exercises and running help tone up your backside, and you can still keep a good shape. Just eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and drink more water instead of soda. It helps!

If you want to keep your curves just do exercises like crunches (about 50 reps twice a week) and lift light-weights like 3-pounders once or twice a week for about 25 reps. per arm. I wouldn’t change my current diet if your happy with the curves you have at the moment. But if you want to deplete them a little bit to where there not quite as voluptuous then just don’t eat as much pasta or red meat (though if you like pasta as much as I do you can switch to whole-grain) and cut down on the snacks (not completely cutting them out but just lightening up). Be careful about toning your upper arms and/or shoulders because this can reduce your bust-size by a little (also sometimes if you work out your upper abs a whole, whole lot it can have the same effect).
