How can i lose the fat on my sides with out eatting berrys and stuff.just excersises?
i dont want to eat those stupid berrys to lose fat on my sides,and things are excpensive,so i just need a cuple ways ( excersises) to help me lose the fat on my sides at home.with out any of the extra things like those berrys or pills or exspinsive food.

I think you should try swimming. That should burn off major fat. Plus it’s pretty tiring because you’re actually using your entire body. Including you abs.
Try different strokes to get more variety of workouts.
