How can i lose some fat in my thighs to prevent chafing in the summer?
I always have problems in the summer with my chafing I’m finally fed up with it and i’d like to know what i can do to lose my inner thighs? It’s already April 25th and I’d like to lose some of my thighs by June do you think this is possible? And if so what kind of exercises do i need to do in order to lose my inner thighs. I do have a treadmill and a stationary bike at home.

Other than liposuction, pushing back from the table and running, either ‘in place’ or outdoors and riding that sta’ary bike will help you to lose weight generally but also firm up your legs. But stoking in excessive food and snacks will defeat your best efforts. Good luck.
