How can I lose some fat?
I don’t have much of a choice in what i eat, i CANNOT go jogging, or do any exercise outside, I have stairs that i can run up and down, but im afraid its gonna fall. So far, i have fat on my sides, belly, thighs, lower leg, arms, and butt. I have no other solution. And i am very frustrated of this.

Try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism. (Make sure it’s not junk food). Drink plenty of water. Start a cardio program for at least 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. It doesn’t have to be outside. You can run in place, skip rope, jumping jackts buy an aerobic dvd etc. Also light weight training is good for muscle tone and muscle burns away at fat. You can try cutting out carbs for dinner as well. Good luck.
