How can I lose fat on my stomach fast?

Its not super flabby, but it is flabby. I need to lose it fast. Like about 3 weeks. No pills because I’m only 13.

    You can’t target weight loss.
    You can train our abs, but it won’t just burn fat there.
    It gives you a more natural shape when fat is lost from all areas

    crunches n situps 50 to 100 in the morn n then before you go to bed so about 100-200 a day depending on how determined you are but stick to tht as u are only 13 when ur 16 go to about 300 a day
    alot of people will say thts crazy but u said 3weeks n its about the only way
    raising the legs helps get rid of side flab while in the situp position
    n also no late night eating, eat at set times

    Still, there is no way I know of to “target” a specific part of your body for weight loss. Sure you can exercise (which is good) but depending on your heredity and so on, you don’t know how much that will accomplish.

    i say: lose fat for HEALTH, and not some idealized pic of what you THINK guys want you to be. Anyway, we Italians LIKE some “meat” on the bones of our girls. Nothing wrong w/that. Stick figures are boring, gross and not great to snuggle with!

    If you want to TONE your abdominals, then do crunches or if you have the $, buy one of those crunch machines.

    1. To lose stomach fat fast, for one week keep your carbohydrate intake under thirty a day. Most meat, cheese and eggs do not have carbohydrates. Make sure to read the packages because many food companies are very stealthy about putting in extra carbohydrates for taste. Soon your metabolism will be burning the fat off your stomach.

    2. Eat small meals often throughout day to burn the fat off your stomach. Most of your meals should include protein and vegetables. Avoid sugar, white flower. and processed foods.     I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
