it sounds dumb but put petrolium jelly on your face and run outside it makes you swet alot iif u run outside 4 w hours in 70 degrees or higher youl cut atleast 10 pounds

any cardio workout is good for abs
and dieting helps too.

its easy do a lot of sit ups and have a good diet do 100 sit ups to night and then in the morning its like magic its not there any more

Do those crunches and do them in different positions. The more you use your legs while you crunch, the more slimmer your thighs will also be so just experiment. Also to get rid of bellyfat you can use a strong laxative =)

cut out juice, pop, etc entirely!
drink only water and unsweetened tea. If you eat regularly and healthy (lots of veggies!) you should see an improvement

dont just completly stop eating that is the worst way to lose weight. eat healthy no pop, candy, sugars, etc. Exercise all the time don’t do it to much to where you hurt yourself.

Hi:
You should try going to a gym or using a treadmill. If not walking is the best exercise that is at least 20 minutes everyday.
Drink lots of water and eat more fruits and lower your meat intake.
Meat is a carb and carb puts on weight.
Excising and walking is the best to lose weight & stomach etc.

I’m 18, i’m 5’5″ and i weigh 130. I use an elliptical machine daily for about just 25 minutes. I don’t know how fast you think you’re going to lose the weight you want to but keep these things in mind.
do not over stress your muscles if you are working out. make sure to warm up and cool down in between exercise, do stretches, and drink water.
do not skip meals. I eat a balanced breakfast, a small, nutritional lunch, and a dinner before i work out. I like to work out at night so i can shower and go to sleep clean!
I bet your waist and thighs aren’t really even that bad. Girls are so self critical, especially in teenage years! love yourself, don’t hurt yourself in the process of trying to lose weight. keep in mind that being healthy is the most important thing to losing weight.
maybe altering your diet to eating less fatty foods. Cutting carbonated beverages and white breads will help you feel better and lose weight!

You can’t, Spot training doesn’t work, the body distributes and looses the fat proportionally, the best thing for you to do is exercise about 20 mins a day and eat right like baked, grilled or broiled fish and chicken, eat frozen veggies not canned veggies, and drink lots of water. You shouldn’t eat after 8:00pm but if you get hungry after 8 try to slowly sip on a cup of warm tea. and use splenda if you are going to sweeten anything because splenda is sugar but the body doesn’t recognise it as sugar so it doesn’t store it. I just lost 30 pounds doing the things I described above. It’s best to loose wait slowly and not fast because most people that loose wait fast tend to put it right back on because they went for a quick fix, but if you eat right and loose the wait slowly you will change your eating habits and will ultimately keep the wait off. I AM NOT A DIATITION. These are just the things I did to help me loose 30 pounds.
