How can i lose fat in my stomache? Does jogging Help? And when will i notice weight loss?

Im 16 around 200 pounds, more muscular than fat. I Need to lose weight in my stomache / chest. How can i lose it fast? And how long will it take? And when will i notice the weight loss

    HI,

    Just keep in mind that the stomach area is usually the last place you will loose fat. Make sure you are eating at least 5 smaller meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner). Avoid eating carbohydrates later in the day, since you are less active and don’t need much calories (energy). Increase your fiber intake from oatmeal, high fiber cereal, vegetables, etc…

    Do cardio and abs exercise at 3 – 5 times a week.

    Exercise & dieting will see better results. Eating 5-6 times a day will help as it will keep your metabolism fueled. I do a boot camp 3-4 time a week I got fitter but it never really showed, until I changed my diet. Do you play on the computer a lot, drink lots of soda? cut out the soda and don’t spend so long on the PC or in front of the TV.

    Once you start getting more active, eating more healthy your metabolism will kick in and start burning fat.

    running is an ok exercise burning about 300 calories every half an hour, depending how hard you work, but seeing as jumping on a trampoline combined with some tricks, like the butt bounce, can enhance your abdominal and core muscles + burners 3x that of jogging alone, it’s a great cardio exercise + jumping on a jump rope on the trampoline is greater.

    strength exercise should contain abdominal / chest / arms / legs and shoulders for a good workout, this can easily be ordained by lifting weight, and lifting your body weight.

    yoga gives you spectacular flexibility, also tones your body and is great to Relief stress.
