How can I lose fat in my legs and thighs?

i’ve been excercising and i can see a difference on my stomach, i’m forming lines.

but i want to lose fat in my legs and thighs.

is there a way to thin them out?

would walking/running on the treadmill help?

any advice would help.

someone also told me to cut down on what i eat and excercise twice the amount of the calories i intake or something like that.

help please.

Cardio is the solution to your problem. You can do 45 minutes of moderate intensity on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike several times a week. Circuit training (high bursts of cardio exercise punctuated by strength training exercises or rests) will also help. Anything to really get your heartrate up will help burn fat.

You don’t have to exercise twice the amount of calories you intake. That would be crazy. I eat about 1800 calories a day (normal), but I certainly am not about to work off 3600 calories. That’s 36 miles, which no normal human being could manage. As long as you eat fewer calories than you burn (including the calories you burn while your body is at rest), you will lose fat.
