I am almost 5 “8” and i weigh about 139. im slimming up naturally since im getting out of my awkward stage, but i need to lose some belly fat. right now i play soccer and we run a lot , and im starting to run on the treadmill at home. is there anything else i can do so i can be ready for the summer? if so please tell me.

You cannot spot reduce areas on your body, contrary to popular talk. Keep doing what you’re doing and nourish your body with healthy, low-fat whole foods.
And at 5’8″, 139 is right in the middle of the healthy weight range. You do not need to lose weight.
