To lose fat – you must burn more calories than you take in.
1. increase your exercise program – try to get an hour a day of physical exercise. Try walking, running, biking, push ups, pull ups, crunches.
2. Decrease your calorie intake to a healthy amount for you – eating mostly protein and vegetables and fruit…. no processed foods, no sugar, no soda – be sure to drink at least 64 oz. of water each day.
good luck — the key is to make a commitment to change the way you eat and exercise forever not just till you lose the weight or belly fat.

Cut sodas out of your diet completely for about two or three weeks, they’re great at adding to the appearance of belly fat. Once you’re drinking them again, drink very few of them very seldom.
Instead, drink lots of water, milk, and green tea.
Avoid very excessive amounts of sugars in your foods.
Cardio (getting your heart beating) exercises like jogging burn the fat off fast.
Try a high-fiber diet, like cereals with lots of fiber, almonds, apples, beans… Also, Fiber One makes granola bars, pop tart type things and yogurts with added fiber. Also a lot of protein helps.
Building muscle everywhere helps you burn even MORE fat, which in turn keeps fat off your whole body.

Go out running 3 times per week and start following a muscle building diet – low carb and fat and high volume of proteins.
Eat regulary 5 times per day and that’s it!

To lose belly fat, you need to watch the fat your eat, eliminate sodas and basically consume less calories than you burn.
Cardio is a great way to burn calories.
