How can i loose weight without pills?
I’m 127lbs and i need to be 110 or less for ballet! I want to loose weight quickly without doing something stupid like throwing up or using pills. I also dont have much time to work out between my ballet classes and school. Are there any good diets or anything? Thank you so much!!!
oh ya and i dont really eat alot in the first place..

It is feasible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will without doubt put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 5 pounds recently when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the instruction presented on the website in the box below.

What kind of ghetto ballet class are you in that has a weight cutoff? Sheesh.
Anyhow, you didn’t really give us how you eat. Diet is the fastest way (if not the healthiest) to lose weight. I’ve found that a low cal, low carb diet works fastest for me – lots of clear soups, lean protein, vegetables with low cal sauces, salads, diet drinks…

I just finished p90x and lost 20 pounds in 90 days. It is a hard workout that you need to stick with.

i recently stopped taking ballet at a very prestigious dance school…im 5’8 and 133 pounds…
i really dont think that they gave you a weight limit, and if they did then you should find yourself a new ballet school.
is this something you want to do professionally? even if it is, you shouldnt have to change your body for it.
