How can I loose weight while on the pill (yasmin)?
I’m 16 and about to go on the pill yasmin for my poly-cystic ovaries. I need to lose one stone (health reasons) and when i was previously on dianette (another form of the pill) I put on a lot of weight very quickly and found it very difficult to lose again. Any advise?
