How can I loose weight very quickly?
I’m trying to loose 20-25 pounds, I weigh 135 and I’m 5’2 not that it matters but just saying.
anyways I want to know the quickest way I can loose this amount in a month or less.
I cant exercise THAT much though because I’m busy a lot, so I need exact details on what I should do how I should do it, because I want results FAST!

bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
