How Can I Loose Weight Of Areas?

I Need To Loose Weight On My Arms , Legs And A Bit On My Tummy , Can i Loose At Least a Couple Of Kilos In a Week and A Bit?? Or How Can I Loose Weight On The Bits I Wrote Above? I Need To Loose It Quickly! Help!

    the gym is your friend! treadmill, cardio, sit-ups, weights.
    as for your diet – with your metabolism high from exercise, just be sure to eat healthy foods in moderation – there’s no need to starve yourself.

    for your arms buy some gym rings, like the ones you will have used at school at some point, small rubber things.
    put them on your wrists and stretch arms as far as they will reach and turn your hands in small circular movements, its great for getting rid of bingo wings.
    eat small regular meals, your body gets used to when it eats so if youwhen to eat the same time everyday your body knows when to highten your metabolism, clever eh.
    unfortunatly this is the same at the gym, so if you go for the first few days do a workout the same each day, ie 20 mins treadmill, 20 mins bikes etc. at the same pace then after that, you can confuse your body by randomly doing power exercise for 5 mins, turn treadmill to run for 5 mins, or peddle on the bikes faster for 5 mins.
    walking up and down stairs is great for legs, and wearing flat shoes tones up legs better than wearing high heels.
    one of my friends wears only flat shoes and she has the most amazing legs even though she is big everywhere else.
    and another great tip for stomach and love handles,
    get a long pole, a broom handle is great for this put it behind your back, wrap your arms around it and twist from side to side, turning only the top half of your body, bend over and wist too to help stomach
