How Can I loose weight fast but not damage my body?

I really want to loose weight because im tried of being the fat friend. It would be nice if i could loose a few pounds. I already tired diet and excerise!HELP

    I was so fat before. I did not like sports, actually, I still do not like sports. I could not stop eating. I did not know how I can lose weight. I took hip hop class at gym by accident, and I really enjoyed it. I could not dance well in the beginning, but a few months later, I could catch up with routine. Nice music, cool movement. I have enjoying dance for 2 years now, and I am still eating same amount of food that I used to eat. However, I have a really good body shape!!!     if you lose weight too fast your body actually goes into starvation mode and when you begin to eat regularly again your metabolism will be all messed up. be conscious of your fat intake calories in general are not usually the problem its the amount of fat calories that usually will put the weight on you. incorporate lots of water in your diet and lots of salads and fresh fruits. your weight will stabilize after about 3 months or so…
