Step#1: Be positive!
You need to stay in touch with reality and focus on what you wish to achieve, rather than procrastinate about your weight problems. Don`t focus of how difficult is for you to lose weight or how much you have to lose. Thinking about it won’t help losing it. Stop thinking, and start acting!
Step #2: Don`t be too hard on yourself!
No matter what mistakes you made in the past when it came to your diet, you need to get over them and move on. You should forgive yourself and be more self-confident. Don`t spend time in front of the mirror thinking negatively about yourself.
Step #3: Stop making excuses!
Don’t make up excuses for not following a fitness program. Making up excuses will only make you lose energy and time. Think of a fitness program as if it was a challenge.
