How can I jumpstart a new diet and exercise regimen when I feel so tired and out of it?

When I was a few years younger I could easily loose weight quickly but now after 2 kids it’s so much harder. My kids were born back to back a couple years ago and I am still stuck with weight from both pregnancies. Lately I have been indulging in all kinds of terrible foods. I can’t seem to jumpstart the regimen. I even brought a treadmill last week but I just feel so out of it, no energy. How can I get motivated to work out and eat right? I can’t do strange veggie only, fruit only starving myself diets any tips from Moms who have lost weight the good old fashion way with no pills?

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 5 pounds recently when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the tips given on the web resource in the box below.

Sometimes dieting and exercise just is not the be-all and end-all, cause there will be surplus weight just lying around in your pipes. It is not body fat, therefore it can’t be melted off, however it will be flushed out, just by having a diet supplement. http://bulart.freestardiet.info has a risk free offer available currently, I gave it a try and lost seventeen lbs!! Who says there is no magic bullet? LOL!!!

You need to set weekly goals that are achievable so you can see your progress to help to keep you motivated. You can try taking supplements to help with weight loss and to increase you energy levels. You can get a free trail of acai berry from the source I list for a limited time.

The problem is obvious-you don’t actually want to do it. Its simple enough-you want to be thin, but are too lazy to do anything about it. Being honest about your problem is the first step. You eat bad food and make excuses about how hard it will be. That all bull. You can easily lose fat while never being hungry and by eating similar foods to what you do now. Just eat 5-6 times a day with 300 calories meals/snacks to keep yourself from feeling hungry. If you skip meals you’ll feel starved and miserable, then you’ll overeat. Did I mention you’ll be miserable?

Hell you can even eat chocolate or somethign else bad if you limit it to a reasoable amount and actually count your calories. If you shoot for 1500 a day you will lose the weight.

If you have problems with motivation/sticking to it-join weight watchers-or better yet get your husband onboard. I’m sure he’d be willing to do it to get a free wife upgrade.

Until you make a REAL mental decision to do it , it wont get done..period.

I and my wife have both struggled to lose weight-trust me it works better if you have other people in the house onboard. You cant possibly lose weight if your husband/boyfriend wants to go out to eat all the time or orders pizza for dinner unless you have willpower of steel. And if we all had that, we wouldnt be having this discussion.

You hear the same story OVER and over again-people get divorced and then-since they are forced onto the market again-they lose the weight and become attractive and happy. Why not avoid all that pain and just lose the weight? You may just get yourself a free life upgrade!
