How can i get skinnier and lose weight as fast as possible?

I’m a 14 year old girl, 5’7 and about 133pounds. I want to get to 125pounds or less by the end of October. What are foods i shouldn’t eat? What are foods that could help me lose weight faster? I heard that i shouldn’t eat much white rice? And how long should i go jogging for? And if i run with those weights you attach to your arms/legs will i gain muscle or lose more fat? What are other really affective cardio workouts i can do besides jogging?

    I would suggest getting at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise a day. Avoid nuts and red meat. Foods that may help you loose weight faster are raw vegetables and lots of fruit. Eight glasses of water a day will help you loose weight faster, too. You will build more muscle if you run with weights, but muscle burns fat. Besides jogging, you can do something like an elliptical machine or bicycling. Dancing, or something like Zumba is also cardiovascular exercise.

    Hi! I would suggest cutting out 400calories from your diet, and cut out soda! Try to eat mostly healthy foods, fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. Also, I’ve heard eggs burn belly fat! So try to have a good amount of eggs (not an excessive amount of eggs though, lol). You should also drink green tea! It boosts your metabolism. Hot green tea has 0 calories, usually curbs my appetite, and will boost your metabolism. You can also buy green tea pills if you’d rather. Also, certain fruits and veggies have “negative calories”, which means it burns more calories to digest them than they actually contain. Except, when counting calories, you should still count them! I have no answer for the white rice dilema. You should do a 30 minute cardio workout 3-5 times a week. If you like jogging, you can do that. You could do workout videos on the tv, play ddr, play wii, do kickboxing, or dance. If you go to a gym you can use ellipticals and exercise bikes. Try to do 10-30 minutes of yoga 5 times a week. (you can look up the poses online). Also, jump roping burns ALOT of calories. You can burn like 400calories in 30 minutes of jump roping. Oh, and yeah, the weights will help! When you wake up in the morning, do 50 jumping jacks when you wake up, it’ll get your metabolism working. Hmm, that’s all I can think of at the moment! Oh, and stay away from fast food! In one small mcdonalds fries, there’s 230 calories. You could eat more than 50 strawberries for that much! Watch your liquid calories also, flavored water and vitamin water zero and diet coke/coke zero, etc. Alright, I’m done now. Good luck dropping the lbs! You can do it! (:
