How can i get rid of excess belly fat?

How can i get rid of excess belly fat without pills and without killing myself with a lot of exersize? Oh and then there are the man boobs… Embarassing, i know, if you have a solution for them too it would be great!

    That’s probably the cause of your man boobs – too lazy to exercise. Dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda’s. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Start working in sit ups, push ups, pull ups & skipping rope. You must make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements – or it aint gonna happen.

    You lose weight and burn fat as long as you burn more calories than you eat. An average man needs about 2300 calories to maintain his weight. If you drop your intake to 1800 or so, you will lose weight and fat.

    Exercise increases the difference between intake and output, so you lose fat faster or without eating less.

    Losing fat is either burning more calories than you take in or eating fewer calories than you need to maintain weight, there is no other way other than liposuction. Doing both will make you lose weight faster.

    You will find that your belly fat will reduce first, then arms/legs/ass, then the man-boobs, then fat around your neck and face.

    It all has to do with what you put in your mouth. You can actually get rid of belly fat without exercise, if you watch what you eat!! No cheating allowed!!

    Eat chicken, turkey, beef, eggs, or fish. Cook anyway but fried.

    Eat beans, green veggies, avocado and salad.

    Absolutely no flour, no sugar, no dairy, no caffeine.

    If you pick a few meals from this food group, and stick to them, & eat the same meals over and over. It is easier to stick to it this way.

    Drink lots of water!! And walk!! And you will lose weight!!
