How can I cut back on carbs and sugars? I talked to this person who has lost weight just by not eating sugar?

I talked to this person who lost weight just by not eating sugar and carbs. Is it easy to cut back and how can I get started and stick with it?

    you just cut back.
a little bit or pc. tastes exactly the same as alot, more won’t taste any better.
eating a small pc./amount of candy, cake, pie, ice cream is alot easier than try to stop eating these things when you really don’t want to give them up.
not eating carbs. doesn’t seem like an option when all fruits and vegis are carbs. and bread and pasta too.
if you give up carbs then you are basically a meat eater. meat, some diary and eggs. it’s so boring that few people can stick with it.

The best way to break your addiction to carbs is for 3 days eat nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter a lil cheese and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). When your addiction is gone, it will be easier to make healthy choices. After that add small salads to every meal for 2 weeks. After that add in green vegetables.

You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don’t eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you’ll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.

If you starve yourself, your body will freak out and will want to store every ounce in case it doesn’t get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn’t slow your metabolism down to compensate for lowered calories.

Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.

High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels.

Reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass will have you in awesome shape in no time. Good luck!
