How can i burn belly fat only but gain muscle everywhere else?
ok so I am going to gym right now and i have a workout schedule. I am lifting heavy like 6-10 reps with more weights (for gaining weight). I am really skinny but i have a lot of belly fat. I do running too sometimes when i go to gym, on my workout days. so i wanna know how can i focus on losing belly fat only without losing weight from my other hard working body parts.
