How can a fourteen year old who hasn’t hit puberty lose fat and build muscle?
I am a fourteen year old boy who hasn’t gone through puberty yet. I have asthma and have a bigger build than most kids. I have larger breasts than boys my age and have excess fat on my upper arms and stomach. What are some ways that I can decrease my breast size, get rid of the fat, build muscle, and increase my overall fitness.

Take a jog and eat healthy. Lift weights etc etc.

wait till puberty and then worry about
if u do something now u might get sick or stunt ur growth
play sports in the mean time and eat healthy

The best way to burn fat is to consume less food and move more often, the issues arise when we in reality aim to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there don’t you think?! I found some good advice by following the web resource in the box below, they have loads of instruction, I melted away 9 pounds by following their helpful advice.

Well since you have not hit puberty there is only a few things I recommend. One, eat right. Stay away from processed foods such as anything that cant be grown in the ground (chips, cookies, twinkies, soda etc.) Don’t eat at fast food places either. Also, don’t worry about it too much. Once you hit puberty, your metabolism will increase if you take care of your body the right way. Also go outside and get moving. Play with friends! Don’t stay inside. Wii fit does not count. Just stay positive!!!
