    eat healthy stuff
learn to feel disgusted at junk food like chips and candy… think of all that fat clogging your blood vessels as they build up on the walls of your arteries and veins, all the sodium increasing the blood pressure, and think of how the artificial flavoring chemicals are building up inside of you everytime you eat something like this, increasing your risk of cancer… and wouldn’t that suck. (all are scientifically true!)
    drink water instead of soda
exercise with your friends (hold a ddr party or something!)… you will barely feel your lack of energy if you’re having fun, right??
walk your dog (if you have one)
do not snack… but if you must, fruit only.

hmm these may not be INSTANT, but over time if you keep working at it. tear some pictures of fat people and also your favorite thin celebrities off of magazines and tape them to your fridge. but don’t turn anorexic or anything… that won’t get results.

best of luck, im sure you can do it!

    Hi everyone reading this! x

My heart goes out to anyone struggling to lose weight. There are a lot of people on here to try and help ( now i feel like Lassy )I replyed to this other girls question, then i found a similar one 2 minutes later, so to save my fingers I’ve copy/pasted this!

Well in answer to your question; i can only tell you of my experience. I was a size 14 last year. I wanted to lose or accelerate weight loss, and so i tried pills and starvation plus a few diet plans. Because all of a sudden you control your eating, i lost a few pounds initially, but it always came back in the end lol

My sister went to this one website which offers a choice of diet plans. At first i was naturally sceptical but in the end i had a try. I liked the website because it was honest advice and there wasn’t any of that sale driven “c’mon, you’ll be as thin as a twig next week” baloney. Anyway, cut a long story short, I’m a size 8- OK i lost an average 2-3 pounds a week which isn’t as much as what other plans claim, but i could never get to a size 12 before and that was with exercise too! I am encouraged to eat out and even have chocolate lol+i don’t go hungry ever.

It is good value for money too , anyway, i do tend to jibber don’t i lol?
    The website is Dietplansforlife.com
    Hope i have helped!! xx

being only 15 you shouldn’t take any supplements. so, do lots of cardio, take in lots of anti-oxidants (veggies, fruits) and a multi-vitamin. Not the one a day kind, they’re no good

Dancing is exercise. Start by dancing, even if it’s in your bedroom. I did that when I was younger and it works.
I never had any disapline as a teenager, so Dancing was my answer.
Food is key also, eat 5 small meals a day with 2 snacks in between.
Right now I am trying to shed some pounds and I start my day with cereal, then 2 hours later a fruit, then a sandwich for lunch. Tuna or turkey is good. *stay away from the greasy stuff, if you can.

Cottage cheese on dry toast, also yogurt is good. I like breyers orange creamsicle yogurt

baked chicken is another good food to eat as is fish.(Cod or Haddock) is my favorite.

Drink water 8-8oz a day if possible. no soda.Milk is good too.

    Good Luck!

OK first thing is are you upset about something? think hard.. some times we eat like were stuffing our emotions. so the first thing is to drink at least 5 glasses of water. Drink a glass before each meal make the meal with Protein and veggies a bit of fruit and some grains and go for a 15 min walk ever time you want to eat that is fattening. if going for a walk is not a option then take a shower and do your nails do some laundry or clean your home. there are a bunch of ways you can control the urges when it comes to snacking at night. Oh Peanut butter is a great way to snack as well BE sure your not allergic OK.

    Hope it helps

If you try this now…you could get away with it but if you leave it to when you get older…it might not work. This worked for me when I was your age. Ingest a variety of slim soups and soak various slim breads in them….then get yourself a cheap trampoline and jump up and down.

The only way to lose weight is to do it the HEALTHY way. That means NO diet pills and no crazy crash diets. A great way to lose a healthy amount of weight (1-2 pounds per week) is to cut out the processed and refined foods. This means eating whole wheat breads, pasta, etc. If you really want to loose the weight, try staying away from processed food altogether – meaning only eating natural food for your carbohydrates (things like fruit and beans). Make sure you eat a lot of vegetables and lean protein.

You said you have low energy – are you eating enough protein and carbohydrates? Protein is the fuel for your muscles and carbohydrates (carbs) are the fuel for your body. You don’t need to eat lot of carbs; too many will make you gain weight, but you do need to eat some.

You can also add a casual walk three to five times per week. You should definitely see your energy levels increase with a better diet and when that happens you can increase your workout time/effort. If you don’t see an increase in energy with this entire plan, PLEASE see a doctor!

    Good luck.
