How can a 14 year old guy lose belly fat quickly?
i am 5’10 and weigh 195 i am very active, but i still have a big belly. ive been working out, taking morning jogs for the past month, and still dont lose weight, i actually gain! ive been trying to lose the belly and i just cant. Any ideas?

diet! no matter how much you excercise if you still eat crappy food (junk food) your going to either maintain the weight or gain weight. try the south beach diet. buy the book. try the website skinnyswitch22.com and learn about it. it might be something you want to try

cut down on what you eat ,
eat the same stuff just cut what you usually eat by half.
keep excircing …
drink lots of water because in all reallity its all water weight and ur gunnuh piss it all out .
other then soda and juice .
oh and if u drink alot of juice then um that gives u a belly too

I sorta have the same problem. keep on being active dude, but be careful of your eating habits. Try not to eat to much unhealthy things and eat slowly. Drink a lot of water also.
