I can’t tell you if that particular web site is a scam- I can’t locate it. I can tell you most of the lose weight quick places and plans are. Unfortunately, there are just no simple quick and painless ways to remove weight. It’s not a matter of a magic food, a magic combo of foods, or even eliminating classes of foods. The fact is, you have to reduce calorie intake to lose weight, and you will increase the demand for calories if you exercise as well. There are no forbidden foods, there are only foods you should not eat as much of, as often, as others. Any diet that restricts or eliminates popular foods from the diet will only set you up to fail, because you will not likely stick to it for long before you give in to a craving and overdo it. Then you will feel rotten and give up completely. When your body is having to come up with calories to make up for what you aren’t eating, it naturally burns fat from the reserves. You don’t need a pill for that, and in fact- the pills and potions, diets and promises that claim to do that just don’t work. All they do is transfer your hard earned money to somebody else’s bank account. The best diet is the one you get from your Doctor. Otherwise, learn how to eat healthy and exercise. Once you hit a plateau change your exercise routine a little to continue to lose weight. Avoid activities like watching a lot of TV as they encourage snacking. Don’t eat after 6 pm and drink plenty of water. weigh yourself about once a week and don’t be discouraged if you regain a couple pounds. Just change up your routine and keep going.
