I suggest that you look to eating more protein, as protein will allow the body to convert the excess fat to sugar to be burned. There are NO fast ways to lose weight & that’s NOT the best way to lose it anyway. Draw up a weight loss program for yourself by talking to your doctor. A weight loss of two to three pounds weekly is the safest amount to lose & it has a better chance of staying off. Read up on what’s healthy to eat, then plan on drinking a lot of water daily, & choose a form of exercise to do daily. Walking is the most natural form of exercise & isn’t hard on your joints. Make sure you do some easy stretches before you walk each day, to avoid shin splints especially. Set a reasonable weight goal & lose it in five or ten pound increments, so it will be easier to achieve. Stay focused & keep yourself motivated until you have reached your overall goal. Once you reach your goal, be sure you continue to do what you’ve been doing to maintain your weight for the rest of your life.

NO PILLS
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did….lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won’t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don’t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i’m going pretty well if i don’t say myself. 90 LBS isn’t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
