help,i need to lose fat fast!?

im 12 and im 145 pounds,im so fat,and my doctor said i need to lose wait because im going into puberty,plus we are going on a trip in may and i want to be skinny,and i need the best possible way to lose weight fast,without having haging skin leftover,all my fat is mostly in my stomach,so i really want to focus on that more then my legs,i still want to lose wait in my legs,but more in my stomach,im a fat lardass and i need help,i have tried so many diets,but i need one thats easy,and still allowes me to burn wait fast,plus im starting public school for the first time next year,and i dont want to want to be a fat lard thats made fun of because im fat,plus my mom tells me every day”tina your fat”and it really hurts me,so help!!!!!!!!

P.S.what mom would tell her kid shes fat!!!!!
oh and i cant go to a gym

    Number one I wouldn’t obsess over it. You cannot lose excess weight over night and if you don’t lose weight too quickly you will not have the skin hanging off your bones.

    Since the doctor told you that you have a weight problem, then I am sure your doctor has some diet tips for you, those are the tips you need to follow.
    It is sad that your mom is that way and I am sorry to hear that.

    listen to your doctor and don’t be obsessing over losing a lot of weight, you are still young and if you follow your doctor’s orders and not dwell on it, the weight should come off pretty fast.

    low fat dieting is good and working out. let your breakfast be your largest meal of the day and drink alot of water. Stay away from the fast food restaurants. Good luck.:-)

    eat granola and yogurt for breakfest, eat a healthy salad for lunch and a heavy dinner like: a vegie, meat or fish and wheat bread everyday and see what happens and also excercise and drink plenty of water. U can also do veriaties of different fruits in the morning or healthy cereals. 🙂

    honestly i dont think ur really really fat since i’m 15 and 136 lbs and everyone thinks i’m skinny and i’m 5’8″ ne way i’d recomend a healthy food diet to start try not to eat ftening foods like chips and candy. also instead of eating big meals try to balence it out by haveing a large breakfeast a small healthy snack @ like 10:00 am then a medium lunch then small snack @ like 3:00 pm then a light dinner with a healthy salad either no dressing or fat free. then try running a mile every day about 30 mins after your 3:00 snack also try crunches if ur focusing on your sotomach. what i’ve also learned is that when your at school or something suck in your stomach for about 30 sec. every 2 min. or something in the summer that actually helped my stomach get flater in like 3 weeks aslo go to the libary and look at all the cosmo girl magazines they aften have a lot of work out tips and healty eating styles hope i could help and yea try to talkto ur mom about what she says

    First of all, nothing is easy. You can lose the weight, but it is going to be hard work. You need to cut your calories and exercise. The weather is getting nicer so get out and walk!! Try to walk at a brisk pace. Do sit ups to try to gain muscle in your stomach. Start to drink LOTS of water and eat lots of fruit and veggies. You need to eat smaller but more frequent meals. You can do it!!! And I am sorry that your mom says that stuff to you. Shame on her. She needs to be supportive. If she can not, then just do this for you. Be strong and reach for your goal!!!

    if you’re overweight because of diet then you need to make better choices of the food you eat and exercise. If its a medical disorder and your doctor says it needs to be lost for health reasons then there are procedures you can get (lipo) sometimes your health insurance will cover it depending on the situation

    ok i lost wight by doing yoga and going to a dance studio and palaties its super fun and fast and easy i love it im 14 and now i weigh lyk 120 i lost lyk 50 lbs and swimming is good to im still losing weight after a couple of weeks of doin that u get sore but results are fantastic dont use diet pills and dont go on and bad diets and eat right

    Now for your origional question…Your best bet is to pick up a sport that you might enjoy. There are a lot of options like roller blading, biking, hiking, swimming, tennis, hockey, racket ball, and more. If you get into a few of these, you could find that you like it and that it will be something that can keep you in shape while getting enjoyment from it. That has always been the best excersise regimine, one that doesn’t feel like a chore…

    As far as a diet is concerned, the one thing you need to look out for number one are sodas. They just may be the highest in empty calories. After that you just need to limit the amounts that you eat at meal time. Eating slow helps. And, don’t skip meals…that leads to your matabolism slowing down.

    Now, for the “due date” of May…You can really only safely loose about 10 to 20 pounds with a lot of hard work and focus.     if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs

    1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.

    2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle “burn”. A gym is also an option, but I don’t know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

    3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.

    4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.

    That is a good place to start… if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you… if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer

    Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
    the most important thing is you don’t lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want
