Help with losing weight quickly?
if I only eat just one big healthy meal per day (and like a chopped up cucumber at lunch time) and jump rope for half an hour am I expected to loose weight?
If so how much and how quickly?

You’re a lot better off eating 3 healthy meals a day and walking for half an hour, you’ll lose weight quicker that way then the way you came up with (which is very unhealthy btw).

Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories food actually contains! Calories from these foods are much harder for the body to use. In other words, the body has to work hard in order to extract calories from these foods.
