weight watchers is great , its local and you dont have to make a commiment and go back. it helps you loose weight really well because they have there own food and its all about points.

Ive been to both but stuck with slimming world because theres hardly any weighting and no points to count which makes it great when eating out. Weight watchers I found very limiting, adding up points for everything and not having enough left for meals out or the odd treat. i lost 6 stone, 5 years ago with slimming world and kept it off

Well I managed to lose 40lbs at Weight Watchers. That was nearly 3 years. Although I have now in total managed to lose 58lbs. I have for the last 2 and a half years managed to keep the weight off. But I have to say, that Weight Watchers really educated me on how to eat healthy and also watch my portion sizes.
I found the weekly meetings really informative. I also made quite a few friends there, It’s nice to meet and talk to people who are trying to lose weight also.
But I have come to the conclusion that if you really want to succeed, you have to make complete lifestyle changes that you can maintain in the long term. Otherwise, unfortunately you just can’t keep the weight off.
So by eating a healthy, balanced diet, along with regular exercise I am able to do this.
I wish you lots of good luck in whichever one you choose. I hope you have as much success as I have.
