I have about 60 pounds to lose and would appreciate NO LECTURES on the right way to do it. If I wanted that I would go to Weight Watchers. Thanks.

it’s far safer to lose the weight, slowly.
better for your health & it would be less likely to return.
losing it too quickly, means it’ll only return just as quickly.
weight-watchers don’t lecture, where on earth did you get that idea from?

I lost 20 lbs of non-superfluous weight in 4 weeks by eating 700 calories a day. I ended up passing out and gaining 17 of the 20 back. Stupid idea

I’m 50 pounds over weight myself. A co-worker was dropping weight like crazy. I asked and it took a while for her to share her secret. I just purchased a tea called Trim-Maxx. I’ve known about the tea for years, I tried 6 years ago but was not disciplined enough at the time. I did lose 10lbs back then and had barely exercised. If you’re not the exercise type, the tea will work but just much, much slower. I just received my shipment on Friday….did the brew that night. I was happy with the results the following morning. The cost for it was reasonable too. Keep in mind, you should watch your intake, drink plenty of water and exercise…I’m committed this time to succeed…I’m going on a cruise in a month. Hitting the gym is truly rewarding combined with the tea.

My husband lost 56lbs (4 stones) in 20 weeks and lost 8 inches off his waist too. The great thing is he felt fantastic while he was losing it. He had more energy, didn’t feel tired and certainly didn’t cheat because he didn’t feel the need to snack. He has kept the weight off now for nearly 2 years.
I saw such a great improvement in the way he looked and seeing it every day was really special.
I now am a health and wellness coach. (see my profile) I help people to do the same, but the sad thing is I can only manage about 20 people a month so they have to prove to me that they are serious. My time is free.

Ephedrine tabelts are the only way you will lose your body fat the fastest way. You still need to do exercise though, but these tablets will stop you eating and will speeeeed up your metabalism so you burn fat as though your running the marathon haha. let me no your thoughts i take them now and believe you me im looking good.
