Has anyone lost weight on one meal a day?
If so, how much? in say, a week? and when did you eat? please dont message if you’re going to go on about metabolism slowing down etc. I have tried this method before and it worked for me. was just wondering if it worked for anyone else?

actually if one meal a day, your body would go into starvation mode, and not allow you to loose weight, it would take a year to loose like 75 pounds and i bet you 500 bux you couldnt go a year doing that without snacks

I have never and will never go on a type of diet that i can have one meal a day, simply because i love my life and i dont want to kill myself with this type of diet.
I dont udnerstand ur point about metabolism slowing down but How ive lose weight is actually based on metabolism.
The only simple way to loose weight fast is to raise your metabolism, to burn more fat. not to starve yourself because your body is very intellident, it can detect when you are lack of calories from food and makes u feel sleepy to restore calories for the body.
Eat negative calories or high fiber food: Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, lettuce & zucchini. Because these food require a lot of calories to digest so in return the more you eat the more calories you can burn without doing anything.
Fruits that are good for you are apple, grapefruit ( as much as possible , no harm ) or any other type of citrus like pomelo or orange.
Eat many small meals rather than 2 or 3 big meals. Because if u do so you will get your body to work all the time to digest the food and it will keep your body digestion up => burn more calories.
Drink a lot of green tea. Good for your health, delicious and high antioxident. Not only for weight loss but also for better looking skin.
Exercise regularly helps, like walking, running or swimming burns more calories. Go to sauna or swimming, dogwalking, clean up your house more often, housework chore, if ur lazy. Keep yourself active even when ur lazy 😀 .
Spicy food help boost metabolism.
Eat more fish and beef, mincemeat . if you eat chicken dont eat the skin.
Drink omega 3 fish oil supplement to have better concentration and memory, and omega 3 fish oil helps the body to prevent restore fat.

Oh c’mon!! You’d never be able to sustain a ‘one meal a day diet’!! That’s totally unrealistic. Make a commitment to make small lifestyle changes,you will lose weight healthily and most importantly keep it off.

yeah, i lost a load doing that for a short amount of time – like a stone at least – then i binged once then a million times after that. I’ve now put on over a stone since i lost the weight doing once meal a day, which was about a month ago. shame on me.
shows it works though, and once you gain it all back, you won’t want this feeling a 2nd time after you’ve gained so much, so you shouldn’t have a problem 2nd time round (:
