has anyone had long term sucsess on slimming world?
I have been on slimming world just under two weeks and lost 5 and a half pounds in the first week.i am hoping to loose 2-3lbs weekly.am i being realistic?would love to hear from people that are on or have tried slimming world for any tips you can give me,thanx!

The pattern for losing those excess pounds is simple – eat less and move more often – the difficulties arise when we really try to put that into practice! There are loads of stumbling blocks in the big wide world aren’t there?! I found some excellent information by visiting the website in the box below, they have loads of tips and tricks, I shed 6 pounds by using their methods.

I’ve been doing it (or at least attempting since June). I lost my first stone in 6 weeks, and I was losing an average of 2 lbs per week.
However, due to my misbehaviour, my weight loss has slowed down – I seem to be yo-yoing up and down although I have every faith in the plan – just not in myself. I keep bingeing!!!! Really need to get back on track!!
I’m doing if from home now, so no longer have access to lifeline online – from the SW website, but I have found this message board which is really good for moral support/recipes and general chit-chat.
