Don’t be scammed into diets or exercise routines that “promise” to drop weight off you right away. The bogus claims, especially in the actual nutrition field, are rampant.
Heres your answer, and its easy. First, decide that you REALLY want to slim down. Your diet is 75% (YES 75&)
effective, and exercise maybe about 10% on a lucky day.
