going on holiday and need to lose weight -fast!!?

i am going on a long holiday in 4 weeks and have quite a bit of weight to lose before i go. has anyone got any quick diet tips or answers to my problem?

    fruit and veg and no sugary foods or fatty foods and drink about a pint of water through the day before each meal

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
    I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

    we have a drink here called slimfast. It available in lots of flavors. If you have one for breakfast and a peice of fruit, one for lunch, and then a salad for dinner as well as lots of water, green tea for a snack. you should be able to lose 2lbs a week.

    Don’t eat any food AT ALL with higher than 10 % fat and do sit ups. That’s what i did and i got a four pack!
