GETTING SKINNY TIPS????

Ok so I’m doing one on how the body needs food to function and here are some questions I just don’t know
1. If a human of the age of 16 stops eating for a week will she loose weight
2.If you exercise regulary how quickly can you loose thigh weight
3.And how long does it take to look bum weight and what exercises are best?
4. if they drink slim tea( which is tea that makes you vomit and have diorea will they become skinny
5. And if all these things are done at the same time how much weigh would approximate be lost
PLEASE HELP ME I’M SO LOST

    1.) If she donesnt eat for a weak, she will probably be in the hospital or become very sick, since humans need food for energy and survival.

    2) Walking for about an hour and stair climbing, that will help loose weight in no time. As both exercises are easy, but will tone the legs, and probably will loose some weight in a few weeks, if not sooner.

    3) Walking, and stair climbing are good for this too, not when stairclimbing go every-other step, as this will take more strength to do so, and will help tone / shape up

    4) I would say NO. Vomiting for no reason, or just to become skinny will probably cause this person to become dehydrated, and ill. Slim tea shouldnt be used, theres healthy alternatives to loosing weight, likt taking up a sport or running, walking, biking, jogging, etc.

    5) If a person starved themselves, exercised a ton and drank slim tea, im sure they would significantly drop in weight, become VERY unhealthy and will probably be extremely weak and ill.
    Eat healthier and drink plenty of water, exercise daily and the person will start seeing weight loss in a matter of time.
