For a great amount of fat loss is it o.k. to interval cardio for 45 minutes? How long in the F.B.zone?
In between intervals how long should I be in the fat burning zone before going for the next high intensity interval sprint on my exercise bike? Also, should I just be eating meat and vegetables to keep it low carb as possible for even more maximum fat loss?
