fast way to lose fat?

well ive been trying to lose fat, and its been so far an off and on thing for the past two months or so.

lately, ive only been able to get in 3-4 times of jogging/speed walking a week (i jog at least a mile in 10 minutes, then speed walk for around 30-50 minutes).

lately my diet is just 3 basic meals, i kno 5 – 6 small meals is ideal but im a high school student and my parents dont really want me doing that

in any case, ive been looking up ways of burning fat and people say weight lifting and cardio combined is quite effective

so my question is would it b a good idea to lift one day, then do cardio the next, and just keep going with lifting every other day and in the inbetween days just running?

keep in mind that when im lifting, i aim to build my chest, arms, and sometimes my shoulders

also, what should i eat? when i used to weight train, i used to eat a lot, and lately ive been trying to cut down to lose fat

so should i start eating more again? (burgers, etc)

    eat baked goods instead of fried and greasy, lots of veggies, spicy food helps speed up your metabolism and SLOW cardio for at least an hour every other day will help burn the most fat

Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu’s even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck 🙂
