Fast and effective ways to lose fat and weight fast?

hi i weigh too much and i need to lose weight and fat. I have tried everything but the thing is i don’t wanna do those diet things that you have to pa\y money for i hate them They are annoying and never work so don’t say things like that like workouts my goal is to lose 2 pounds a day please help me!!

    If you want to lose weight, you need to two things: eat less and exercise more. Weight gain happens when you create a calorie surplus (eat more than you burn). Your body takes the excess calories and converts them to fat which get stored around your stomach, arms and thighs. The longer you remain in a calorie surplus, the more weight you’ll gain. To lose that weight, you need to do the opposite. You need to create a calorie deficit (start eating less than you burn).

    Your first step is to figure out how many calories you burn on a daily basis. It sounds a lot easier than it is but making small changes helps you adjust to a new lifestyle. Don’t think of this as a diet, think of it as a new life. Instead of eating foods high in sugars, white flour and saturated fat, go with fruits, vegetables, whole wheats, fish, lean meats, nuts and beans. In addition to eating less, you also need to exercise more. Start off at 1-2 times per week and work your way up to 3-5 times per week.

    um….u cant lose 2 pounds a day! but go on a low carb diet. it works good. only have 16 carbs a day!

    do not cheat by cutting laps- you will only be cheating on yourself

    also eat healthier!!

    Hi! here are some ideas that you can use.

    *eat fruits & veggies.
    *If you are eating meet then don’t eat it a lot.
    *don’t eat chips and oily foo.
    *walk or jog for 15-20 minutes in the morning.
    * exercise for 15-20 minutes at least for 2 days in week.

    There is a lot of advice and diet plan are for free. Also, professional v logs on how to exercise are posted on you tube.
    Be healthy and listen to your body. Do not starve yourself. You will trigger your metabolism to go into “starvation mode” and instead of loosing weight your body will start storing fluids and you will see more pounds on scale because liquids are heavy. Talk to a doctor!
