Easy way to lose weight fast?

Umm i know soo many people ask this question but i need help. It’s summer and i want to lose weight cause i’m tired of looking like a cow in my swimsuit. I’m 14 and 5’4″ and weigh about 145. I really want to lose about 15 pounds and tone up alot. I want to do it in like the next couple of weeks but i don’t want it to take up more than a month. I have a lot of time on my hands. Please help!

    Cut the sugar in your diet down to a fraction of what it is now, as little as possible really. Sugar is made up of “blank” carbs and it will pretty much turn to fat. So stop eating sweets, if you do, you will have a MUCH worse time losing weight. I recommend whole grains instead of these sweet carbs becaues they actually have nutrition, so when you eat carbs they will give you long lasting energy instead of high energy for an hour and then turn to fat.
    Also, eat lean meats and try to substitute protein for saturated fats. Mono and polyunsaturated fats are “essential fatty acids” and you should actually try to eat more of them (flax oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, olive oil, etc)

    Then you must exercise. Anything is ok… whatever you can do to get 70% of your maximum heart rate, which is 220-age so 206 beats per minute, is best (so pause once in a while and see if your heart rate is near 142)– this is the best fat burning stage.

    Then longer you can be at that range the more calories you will burn because this is the optimum calorie burning range. You can do anything- lift weights, run, jog, swim, sit ups, power walk, jump rope, etc. Good luck and stay healthy… just remember, if you stick to it, you will see results, if you don’t, you won’t!

    you should only be loosing up to 2 pounds a week.

    I suggest you start walking and build that up to running.

    Don’t starve yourself – eat lean protein like fish and chicken (not breaded) and small amounts of carbs and diary. load on fruits and veggies.

    Here are a few tips;

    WHEN to eat for losing weight…

    • Eat (at least) three times a day.
    Because when you eat only once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That’s the main reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight… you must eat (the right things, of course)
    • Your last meal should be before 18:00. Try.
    OK, one apple after 18:00
    • Don’t starve
    Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your health.
    Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a weight loss diet.
    • Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast–eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.

    WHAT to drink for losing weight…

    • Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day !
    Can be tap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
    This improves your bowel, reduces the “hunger” sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
    Don’t believe the slogan “water makes me fat”. Beside being stupid… you might get into serious troubles with your kidneys.
    • Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
    Don’t drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or light versions.
    I thought this was not possible for me to achieve. Now… I don’t even LIKE them anymore!
    Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit juice! Not speaking about health…
    • Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.

    exercise for losing weight…

    • If you want quicker results – exercise would be good.
    But remember, you’re not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot – you’ll get very hungry… and you’ll be tempted to eat more. Don’t exagerate!
    Walking is fine (but not very slow…) for your body, and your spirit. Half an hour, or one hour /day – it’s up to you.
    Get fit while you sit new workout program that’s the laziest way to get in shape – works almost any place, anytime, anywhere… even while watching TV!
    • Don’t just sit in front of the TV and eat peanuts…
    I guarantee THIS won’t work for your weight loss…
    • Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don’t be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
    • Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
    • Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don’t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?

    first of all you are young and you have lots of time on your hands all year round and many people want to lose weight quick and want it to show like now but there is one problem to that, it can happen and it may but the second you decide to devower a sh*t ton of food it is going to stay with you cause you starved yourself for weeks to lose wieght and then you did so you think that it is okay to eat here and there and before you know it your bigger then what you started at, so do yourself a favor start now for next summer to look amazing and do it right and safe and take your time cause the longer it takes to lose the weight the longer it actually stays off, make sense?

    Well, 5’4″ and 145 isn’t a “cow” but if you want to lose about 10-15 pounds, you should be able to do that fairly easily. Check out the website below. There are several sections that might interest you. There’s a “summer weight loss” section, a “weight loss for teens” section and a ton of good diet tips. You’ll also find a “diets” section. Several short-term diets are included that will help you take off some weight quickly, but be sure that the food you choose to eat is very nutritious! You don’t want your metabolism to get sluggish!     You can of course exercise, thats always good.
    and with it or alone you can do kcal shifting.

    just shift the kcal intake everyday.
    warning never go below 1000.
    I would try to get 1200+

    like:
    1: 1000
    2: 1400
    3: 1200
    4: 1000

    I suggest you only some easy things to loose your weight:-
    1,Running daily upto 15 Minutes, you will loose guaranted 10 Kgs in four months.If you feel in one month that there is no affect on my weight , don’t leave running upto 4 months , you will definately loose at least 10kgs in 4 months.
    2.Don’t drink water after lunch or breakfast,drink after at least 1hour.
    3.Don’t eat oily or fast foods or sweet at least upto 4 months
    4.Do try to walk of 15 minutes after lunch or breakfast
