Does Your body absorb the fat you eat on a low carb diet?

I’ve been on a low carb diet for 3 days now.

I was wondering since you eat some fat instead of carbs on this diet, does your body still absorb the fat, or does it just pass through your body?

The best way to burn fat is to eat less and exercise more, the problems arise when we really try to put that into practice! There are a lot of temptations in the real world aren’t there?! I discovered some good information by reading the website in the box below, they have a lot of guidance, I worked off 8 pounds by following their techniques.

FAT doesn’t make us fat. EXCESS calories and NOT EXERCISING make us fat.

on a low carb diet, fats are mandatory. since what you are doing is forcing your body to use fats for fuel (energy). and since we have lots of stored fat, we therefore have lots of stored energy!

    Good luck!!
