Does The Fat Loss Factor Work?

Hi

I’m looking for honest reviews and opinions on The Fat Loss Factor program by Dr. Michael Allen.
Does anyone here know if this program actually works? And is it easy to follow this program?
I will really appreciate if someone will share his own experience with The Fat Loss Factor and will tell me what he thinks about it.

    stop drinking tea/coffee/energy drinks either it is with or without milk.
    drink milk alone instead without any sweetness ….
    drink four glasses of water in the morning when u wake before doing or eating anything.
    drink milk only and avoid use of chips
    make maximum use of fluids
    play football for three hours a day.
