The funny thing is, even a placebo would work if you followed all the recommendations of exercise and healthy eating. Free, and zero side effects. Why spend the money to help them pay for all their commercials?

It reportedly does work, but not to the extent advertised. expect to lose five percent of your total weight only. If you weigh 140, don’t expect to lose more than 7 pounds. Also, expect diahhrea and loose stools and the cramps that go with them.

Hi, I’ve used Ali for about 6 months. The pill works really well as long as you do not eat A LOT of greasy fried foods..meaning more than about 1 time per week as a treat, (like a dine out night). Otherwise you will have uncontrolable bathroom issues. I simply watched what I ate and did very moderate exercise, maybe 2-3 times per week. I would give it a try, also i would definatley compare your weight to what your fat gram intake should be, 15 sounds a little low, unless you are adding good carbs like beans and veggies and lots of lean protein. Good LUck

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com –

Good luck and stay focused = )
