Does lifting weights help with fat loss?
If so then I was thinking I would do that 2 times per week. I already am starting a cardio program that will have me doing cardio at my target heart rate and swimming and more cardio throughout the week.

It helps but is not perfect for all. Sometimes it’s enough but sometimes you need to take a diet.

A little bit but not significantly. You need to mix it up a bit. Lift weights, do a bit of cardio and eat properly. cut the fats, try eating proteins and carbs seperatly. Do this and you’ll be looking good in no time!

The best way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more, the issues appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are loads of temptations out there don’t you think?! I discovered some excellent help by checking out the web portal in the box below, they have loads of tips and tricks, I melted away 7 pounds by doing as they advised.

Lifting weights definitely helps lose weight.. but to be honest, it depends on what type of weight lifting you do. If you lift heavy weight with low reps, then you are trying to bulk up and get bigger. If you lift less weight but more reps, then you will get more muscle endurance and get a more lean look. Cardio is the best way to go for fat loss. However, lifting weights will make you stronger…. which isn’t a bad thing.

lifting weights 2 times a week wont do anything. try to go to a gym at least 5 days out of the week for an hour at least. if you want to burn fat and gain muscle mass, work out vigorously for an hour drinking plenty of water or if you can drink a protein shake while working out, do this at LEAST five days a week. use alternating muscles on alternating days and get buff bro. along with cardio and swimming, you will be one healthy motherfucker.
