Does building muscle have a significant impact on fat loss?
I am talking about having more muscle mass- not the act of burning calories while doing weight training exercises.
I have read conflicting studies on the subject so any links or expert opinions would be helpful.

Yes! Muscle burns several times more calories while even at rest than fat. But you have to keep the muscle toned- that’s the key.
