Dietitians have said for years that slimming aids such as this don’t really work. And if they do, its only because they are accompanied by good diet and exercise, in which case whats the point of pills?
Be very wary of any pills which don’t come from a healthcare professional – thats a general rule.

Slimming aids just do not work. The first mistake is ‘looking’ for something to help you lose weight. There is as ever only one way to lose weight, a healthy reduced calorie diet, combined with daily vigorous exercise.
It’s Less in, more out! There are no quick fixes or tricks.
