Do i have to cut all the snacks out my food intake to lose some stomach fat?

i’m 15 a guy,, 5 foot 7 and weigh 127 pounds, and i have some stomach fat that i don’t like and i’m trying to get more muscular. I’m drinking pop or anything like that anymore, and i’m eating all the right foods like fruits and veges, and i have eggs to get protein. i also work out too 3-4 times a week for about an hour at a time, and i do a whole bunch of excerisizes. Whenever i have some cookies i feel guilty after eating them. do i have to cut these intirely out? i just want to get rid of the stomach fat. oh and one things, my body fat percentage is 13.7

    Absolutely not in fact since cookies seem to be your weakness as long as you eat them in moderation it will satisfy your craving and prevent you from binging on them later.
