Dieting at the same time as building muscle up?

When dieting to lose fat, at the same time as using weights etc to build muscle up – whats the best sort of foods to be eating?

Also is it a good or bad idea to have protein shakes when doing this?

    More protein and only complex carbs this site should give you all the info you need i use it a lot

    thats a very goog idea. I’m doing it as well. to burn your fats you need to provide a muscles activity. What I do is cardio-vascullar first to warm up, then body building and c-v again to burn the fats. I use top branded high protein low calories shakes to maximise the success.
