    yes because muscle weighs more than fat so even if u have lost weight u might have lost muscle.

    yes i did, due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat and so generally diets focus on cutting calories resulting in muscle mass reduction and fat increase so you should really look at your general physique when dieting and not necessarily the numbers on the scale. It took me alot of time to relise that an up in the numbers on the scales wasnt a bad thing.
